Shipping

Domestic orders

All domestic orders are shipped via Express Post. All orders under $200 incur a $15 Delivery fee or Free shipping for orders over $200 Australia wide. Every Daph and Oli postage method is insured, fully trackable, and requires a signature on delivery.

Express post delivery time is approximately 1-4 business days (depending on location).

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DHL. All orders under $400 incur a $45 Delivery fee or Free shipping for orders over $400. You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped and delivered. All orders are insured.

Estimated delivery time to international addresses is 4-15 business days

Local Pick Up

Residents of the Gold Coast Queensland and surrounding areas can organise to pick up their orders (Open Mon-Fri 9-6) 

Duties & Taxes

Daph and Oli parcels are shipped in accordance with Australian postal rules. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Argent is not liable for international customs or service tax charges.

Reshipping

Please ensure you have provided the correct address details. If your order is returned to Daph and Oli by Australia Post due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged for reshipping the order.
